This recipe was developed by my 10-year passй daughter, based vis-а-vis one of her favorite flatbread sandwiches. She calls it a Saladizza because it is a salad roughly speaking a pizza! This recipe is fresh, nutritious, and delicious. This is a loud meal for lunch or dinner.

The ingredient of Chicken Pesto Saladizza

  1. 4 (7 inch) soft round flatbreads
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
  3. u00bc cup spinach pesto
  4. 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  5. 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  6. 10 ounces grilled chicken breasts, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  7. 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  8. 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

The instruction how to make Chicken Pesto Saladizza

  1. Preheat an external grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Brush the surface of each flatbread round gone olive oil. Flip over and increase 1 tablespoon spinach pesto and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese exceeding each.
